The "Clean 15" is a list published annually by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) that highlights fruits and vegetables with the lowest levels of pesticide residues. This list helps consumers make informed choices about which produce items are safer to buy conventionally, rather than opting for organic.

Tip: How to clean produce
I wash all my produce, regardless of whether it's organic. To clean produce using baking soda, combine 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 2 cups of cold water and a tablespoon of vinegar, then soak your fruits and vegetables in this mixture for 12-15 minutes. Rinse your produce by gently rubbing it under filtered running water.
